Refund policy

Due to the unique, handcrafted, and custom-made nature of our glass mosaic murals, we have a specific policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All sales of custom glass mosaic murals are final.

  • No Returns: Since each mural is custom-designed and handcrafted specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, the mural cannot be restocked or resold.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once production has begun. Our process involves significant time, material cost, and artistry that is dedicated solely to your piece.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. We allow a brief window for order cancellations:

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at the live chat.

  • After 48 Hours: Once the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, or if the design and material acquisition process has already started, your order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Damage During Shipping

We take extreme care in packaging our murals to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the rare event that your mural arrives damaged:

  1. Documentation is Key: You must notify us and the shipping carrier immediately—within 48 hours of delivery—and provide clear photographs of the following:

    • The damaged packaging (inside and outside).

    • The shipping label.

    • The damaged portion of the mural.

  2. Resolution: We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim is approved, we will determine the best course of action, which includes replacing the mural section at our discretion.
