Because every piece is a custom, handcrafted work of art, our shipping process is divided into two distinct phases: Production (Lead Time) and Transit (Shipping Time).
1. Production Lead Time
The time required to design, create, and set your custom glass mosaic mural is called the Lead Time.

Standard Lead Time: Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the creation of your custom mosaic mural, starting from the day we receive your final design approval.

Larger/Complex Projects: Very large or highly complex designs may require additional time. We will communicate any necessary adjustments to the lead time during the quoting process.
2. Shipping & Transit Time
Once your mural is complete, meticulously packaged, and ready to ship, the transit time begins.

Carriers: We use trusted national and international carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) who specialize in handling fragile freight.

International Transit: Shipping times vary greatly by destination and customs processing, but typically takes up to 10 business days.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email the moment your order ships.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the mural's final weight, dimensions, and your specific delivery location.

Taxes and Duties (International Orders): Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or value-added tax (VAT) imposed by their country's government. These charges are not included in your shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
4. Packaging and Insurance
We prioritize the safe arrival of your unique artwork.

Secure Packaging: Every mural is professionally crated or packaged in custom-built, reinforced materials to withstand standard shipping impacts.
